Michael's basketball team

Michael survived football season with a couple minor concussions, couple cuts, and one impressive bloody nose. It is now onto basketball season (much to Kem's relief). He (3rd from left) and the rest of his teammates are growing like bamboo shoots. Michael is now as tall as I am at 14 and he looks average size out there. The freshman team has been destroying their opponents by a wide margin and look to have a very bright future.




Michael's strengths are his quickness and proficiency at stealing the ball. He is persistently among the high scorers and plays a great defensive game. Here he demonstrates how to reach in and relieve the opponent of the ball. I think he got away with it this time.
